Despite the liberal media’s refusal to report on this important concern to many Americans, the lingering spectre of Mr. Obama’s past could still come back to haunt him and the Democratic Party.  While his website and several others have posted images of a certification of live birth from Hawaii, and while there have been declarations from even Hawaii’s Director of Health, Dr. Chyome Fukino, I question the refusal of Mr. Obama to cooperate with the Berg v. Obama case that was filed in Pennsylvania and has since been filed with the U.S. Supreme Court.  If one is walking in the light and has nothing to hide, one will jump at the opportunity to provide the relevant documentation asked for…but instead, Mr. Obama filed motions to dismiss and in fact delayed action in that case.  This raises serious questions in my mind, but there are many other issues about Mr. Obama to consider as well.

This week, newscasters reported that al Qaeda’s #2 terrorist disparaged the election of Barack Obama, and hurled racial slurs at Obama himself. “The report has not been confirmed by the State Department,” they all said, but they reported it anyway.

Last week, Fox News reporter Carl Cameron told viewers that three “anonymous” insiders of Sen. McCain’s campaign said that Sarah Palin was, in essence, a diva and a dunce. He – and dozens of others who picked up the story on other channels – never identified, or even verified, the sources of the quotes, but they reported them anyway.

Contrast these shabby examples of “journalism” with the legions of identifiable, verifiable and credible sources who for months have been investigating the disturbing allegation that Barack Obama is ineligible for the presidency because he has failed to meet one of the three requirements that the U.S. Constitution mandates, specifically that he provide proof of his “natural born” U.S. citizenship.

What follows is a partial list of people and organizations that have challenged Obama’s eligibility. Further on I will comment on how egregious the media’s failure to cover this story has been.  And last, I will speculate on the reason for the cover-up of this full-blown scandal.

Foreign ownership of America

Let me dispell the thoughts of any reader who might accuse me of being unpatriotic after reading this article by saying, I love America!…but I hate where it’s going. Let me first begin by briefly telling the story of the Israelite king Hezekiah (II Kings 20:12-19). It seems the king had a tendency to gullibly place trust in those who turned out to be his enemies, more specifically Babylon. Hezekiah showed everything he had to his enemies: his treasury, his security…everything he had he revealed to them. The end result was that God through the prophet Isaiah, told him that as a result of his foolishness, everything he had would taken away from him by his enemies.

Has not America done the same?  Many thought our participation in the global economy would be a good thing because of the economic prosperity it would bring.  It did bring prosperity, and so much more!  Below is a listing of foreign ownership of industries in America that I took from the economyincrisis.org website.  I would really like to see current numbers.

After reading your editorial about the “loonie” fringe conspiracy theorists out to de-throne the new media’s messiah, Barack Hussein Obama, I am compelled to ask, who are you?  You are surely not a journalist as everyone knows a journalist only reports the facts as an objective spectator.  It has not been established that Obama was born in Honolulu as you say, which is only one of the many reasons why Mr. Schultz, et al, are seeking to see some of Obama’s so called transparency.

If you had been the least bit objective about this matter, you would wonder why Obama posted a certification of live birth instead of his birth certificate on the Internet and you might have reported to the American people the difference and why that is
germane to his eligibility to serve as President of the United States. 

By the way, as I read the statement issued by the Hawaiian officials, all I see is a
confirmation that they have a record of his birth on file, but there is not a certification by Dr. Fukino that the information Obama posted on his surrogate websites agrees with what is on file.  Whether the document Obama provided is a forgery or fraudulent is a matter for the courts to decide.

As an objective journalist, you should also wonder why, when Obama could have put this matter to rest once and for all by providing objective observers access to his
credentials, he instead chose to hire a team of attorneys to delay and obfuscate the request by fellow democrat attorney Phillip Berg in Pennsylvania.  What is Obama hiding?  Why won’t he release his college transcripts or show his passports?  Is it because he is afraid the American people will learn who the true Obama really is?

I understand very well that Obama is in the midst of looking presidential and apparently a little pre-mature considering the electoral college has yet to convene.  I will agree with you on two points however: the accusations are not funny and yes, this
concern is very serious.  Secondly, we quite possibly are seeing a lie, Obama’s, going global rather than just halfway around the world.

But here is the most serious concern I have:  The advertisement you have attacked became necessary in order to bring these concerns to the attention of the American people because the mainstream media is so enamored with their candidate that they are willfully not reporting the facts of this issue.  The blatant lie you allege is in reality, a reasonable search for the truth and more troubling is the kind of influence that people like you have who are not reporting the truth – that indeed, is scary.

Your attempt to discredit “We the People Foundation and Robert Schulz based upon their protests of taxation only further reveals your lack of objectivity and leads one to
believe you might have charged the same against the patriots of Boston tea party
fame.

So here’s my appeal to you, Ms. Mitchell:

Show real courage and patriotism. The election is not over.  The Electoral College is more than a formality and yes, there is hope of overturning the results if Mr. Obama is
proven to be guilty of the biggest fraud ever committed in U.S. history.  The Constitution grants the people a right to a redress of their grievances all the way to the highest court in the land.  If Obama is not willing to simply produce a few documents that would prove his eligibility, then this election should be overturned.

What the people have spoken for is change and I’ll grant you that, but are you willing to admit that it is possible they have been sold a bill of goods?

Finally, the birth certificate is really only a small aspect of the issue.  On December 5^th, the U.S. Supreme Court will review Donofrio v. Wells, a case out of New Jersey,
which really looks at the constitutional requirements of the presidency and how
Mr. Obama does not satisfy those requirements.  Those who are sworn to uphold
the Constitution will seriously consider these claims even though it is obvious
you have not.

I’m not a real fan of Keith anyway although I’m glad to see some airtime of this issue on the national media.  Unfortunately, they’re all not reporting the truth about why Obama is not eligible to be president.

Donofrio’s uphill battle

I had the opportunity to speak with Leo Donofrio over the plains radio network last night.  After hearing him address two simple questions I realized that although he seems to have put up a good argument as to why Barack Obama may not be eligible to be president of the United States, I concerned that he may not be able to close the deal if he is given a hearing.  Why, you may ask?

 

The first question was basic but gave me a good idea at what level he is at in terms of being able to manage a successful campaign – one that he started in a lower court in New Jersey. 

 

Q:  Do you have a secretary of staff people assisting you?

A:  No, I just have friends helping me was his basic reply.  Despite the little snicker I heard from him in the background before he answered, I immediately understood what a David and Goliath scenario he is faced with.  I know he has spent a great amount of time with the alternative media trying to get his message out and educating the people on what the real issues are concerning Obama’s questionable eligibility but, I wonder if he is really prepared to present his case before the supremes if he gets a hearing.  I wonder if he has ever had the opportunity before or if he has even presented before the New Jersey Supreme Court.  I am reminded of the fact that he has stated recently that he just reinstated his license to practice law having enjoyed some degree of success as a professional poker player as of late.

 

The stakes however, are obviously much higher than even he realizes and as I listened to him last night, I detected some degree of resignation to the possibility that he would not even get a hearing and if so then ke sera sera.  As I watched the chat room comments scroll by, commenters also seemed to be concerned about his lack of confidence.

 

Q:  If you are granted a hearing, will you invite amicus or friends of the court briefs?

A:  His answer was somewhat unintelligible and I sensed he really did not know what the procedure would be, saying something to the effect that that would be something the court would decide.  This led me to believe that either he had not really consulted with fellow attorneys who had experience before the Supreme Court or that he was planning on going it alone.  Both thoughts do not leave me feeling warm about his chances of success before the justices.

 

I hope I am wrong and that in the event he is granted a hearing, he goes in there and cogently lays out the thoughtful case that he has communicated on his website.  I think he has the five smooth stones and the sling he needs, but as to whether Goliath will fall once again remains to be seen.

Obama and Richardson’s common problem: not natural born

It is both sad and funny that the greatest hoax ever put over on the American people still continues today.  Many have questioned the eligibility of the current president elect Barack Hussein Obama, aka Barry Soetero, aka….anyway, you get the picture.  No one can really be sure who he is because his personal information is now veiled in secrecy by order of Linda Lingle, the governor of Hawaii, as per his request.

Regardless of the fact that Obama refuses to provide adequate confirmation of his eligibility to serve as president of the United States, many would be surprised to find out that his nominee for Secretary of Commerce, Governor Bill Richardson, shared this same ineligibility even though he too, managed to run for the office of president without being vetted for his qualifications. 

According to Wikipedia, Bill Richardson was born in Pasadena, California to María Luisa López-Collada Márquez (born in Villaviciosa, Spain in 1914) and William Blaine Richardson Jr. (1891–1972), a Nicaragua-born Citibank executive who lived and worked in Mexico City for decades.

The amazing thing is how uneducated America is as to what the actual eligibility qualifications the Constitution require.  Part of this stems from very limited precedents or cases challenging the “natural born” citizenship clause of the Constitution.  But as of late, the majority of American voters have not been educated nor informed thanks to an increasingly liberal media with an aggressive agenda that prefers to sweep this issue under a rug.

Recently the Supreme Court had the opportunity to review this issue in the case of Donofrio v. Wells.  The court chose not to for some unkown reason but will conference on another case on the same matter, Wrotnowski v. Bysiewics on December 12th.  If the justices vote to hear the case, there more than likely will be an upheaval of major proportions with all kinds of allegations that the court is once again trying to overturn the election.

My hope is that the Supreme Court will show courage and stand in favor of the Constitution and the American people by a ruling that clearly defines the natural born clause as it was intended by the founders.  The other step would then be for each state legislature to establish a reasonable vetting process so there would be not question in the voters mind as to the eligibility of the candidates.
